Tickled Pink Challenge #19 - Vintage Colors

Is everyone ready for another Tickled Pink Stamps challenge? Challenge #19 is to use Vintage Colors. That might mean something a little different to each of us, depending on your style. For me, the Whimsy stack from DCWV with it's sherbet colors was just thing. Check out all the gorgeous creations from the design team and play along by visiting the Tickled Pink Challenge blog here!

I am thoroughly enjoying my guest designer spot with them and today I decided to play with one of the Lil Pinkette images. This is August... She is my favorite Pinkette for several reasons. 1) Her name is my birth month. 2) She's adorable. 3) She loves music like I do. (Once upon a time I worked in the radio industry and dreamed of being an on-air DJ. I settled for doing weddings for a while.) Since TPS is sponsoring Sketch Saturday this week I opted to use #154 as my starting point. It was a fun sketch, and of course I dressed it up with some flowers, punched butterflies, and bling. The sign is from my stash, and I've had it for a while, waiting for the perfect use. This was it!

Today is going to be a busy day... A full day of work and then I have 3 cards I need to complete somehow before tomorrow. I average one card a night usually , what with dinner time and bath time and play time and bed time. Oh my. Once my munchkin is asleep I can usually sit down at my desk to craft. It will be interesting to see what time in the wee hours of the morning I get to bed... lol

Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous day!
