Sassy Sponsorship: If The Shoe Fits - Pink

Sassy Studio Designs is sponsoring another fantastic challenge! This time it is If The Shoe Fits... Their Fashionista Friday # 65 is PINK! They invite you to "get your pink on" for a chance to win a $10 gift certificate to Sassy Studio Designs! So pop on over to both blogs to see the wonderful design team inspirations (one of which you've already glimpsed above..heehee) and be sure to link your "pinkalicious" project on the If The Shoe Fits... blog before February 10th for your chance to win!

For my creation, I used a retired SSD image called The Princess and the Frog and a coordinating sentiment from the Fairytale Sentiments collection. My layout is based on sketch # 318 from splitcoaststampers, but the large empty space on one side was taunting me so I added a mulberry rose matted on some die cut fleur de lis.

As Valentine's Day approaches this year I find I'm STILL waiting for Prince Charming... These days even the frogs seem to be few and far between! lol I guess at the moment I only have time for one man in my life (and he happens to be of the small variety). Being his mom comes first, even if it means a few less dates. Besides, I'm more inclined to rescue myself. Damsel in distress is so yesterday. I'd rather make my own happily-ever-after...
