The Corrosive Challenge #112 - Home Sweet Home
TGIS! (Yes, I am making up my own acronyms!) Thank goodness it's Sunday! It's been a busy week, and having to work for the second Saturday in a row this month has cut into my crafty time! I am looking forward to a day of just relaxing, playing with my son, and card making. The small man and I also have brunch planned with my dad and one of my brothers.
But first, before we can go off and indulge in pancakes and bacon, I must tell you about this week's Corrosive Challenge! Home Sweet Home is the theme of challenge #112. To me, the center of any home is the kitchen. It's where delicious meals and yummy treats are prepared with love, and where family and friends gather to share good food and quality time together. That's why I chose Mo Manning's Vintage Stove as my image for this card. If you haven't checked out Mo's blog over at Mo's Digital Pencil Too, you should! You can shop all her adorable images here. My layout is sketch #28 from Sketches by Carly. Did I mention that Carly is just 12 years old?! Amazing, isn't she?! Her sketches are fantastic, and once a month they have a generous sponsor who provides a prize. This week is a "just for fun" week, and I was happy to play along because I love the sketch!
Speaking of sponsors, our sponsor over at The Corrosive Challenge this month is Bugaboo Stamps. If you complete all the challenges this month you are eligible to win the wonderful prize they have provided, which is 7 digi stamps! You can see their cute and funny images here.
Thanks for visiting my blog, and enjoy your day!

Hi Regan, your card looks fabulous. It looks like we had the same idea to use a cook image ?! I like your layout, the DP fits perfect and the little twine bows looks very nice.
