It's 5 O'clock Somewhere
I have been crafting faster than I can blog lately so this is one I made last week for someone at work. Most of you know I struggle a bit with masculine cards, but I like how this one came out. It's bright and fun! The image is Margaritas from Whimsie Doodles. I colored it with Copics and Prismacolor Art Markers. I then applied a coating of glaze all over the glass. I colored another set of limes at the bottom, cut them out, and popped them up on foam squares for a little dimension. I used the Tim Holtz Weathered Clock die and a sentiment from My Favorite Things (which I altered slightly. It really said Wine O'clock, but I needed 5 O'clock). Papers are DCWV Dots, Spots, and Stripes. The layout is sketch #23 from Seems A Little Sketchy.
Okay, folks, I'm headed for the craft desk as I have LOTS of projects due the latter half of this week and none of them are started. Well, my images are all colored, but that's it. I have been sneaking time in during my lunch at work, and it's making a big difference in how smoothly me evening crafting sessions go, I think. So now I'm off to work on my mummy... Check back tomorrow to see what that's all about!
Thanks for the visit and have a fabulous day!
Markers used: Copics (YG03, YG95, Y32, R81, E23, E31) and Prismacolor Art Markers (150, 151).

I think this is a fantastic masculine card. You did a great job as always. TFS
This is a super masculine card. Everything works so well together and love the sentiment.
