Hello! It's time for another Corrosive Challenge! (There is also a new KennyK's Krafty Krew challenge live on the blog but unfortunately life got in the way of me creating for that one.) Today over at TCC we welcome brand new sponsor, Ppinkydolls! If you haven't seen these doe-eyed cuties before you really must visit Chrishanthi's etsy shop HERE and take a look! We were given a couple of images for the design team to work with, and you get to play along for the chance to win 3 digis of your choice!
Our theme is "Our Animal Friends". So many of the Ppinkydolls images have an animal in them that our hostess Julie thought this was the perfect challenge! I selected Moon Girl and Owl. She is colored with Copics and cut using Labels Seventeen (Spellbinders). I splurged a bit on a few new dies recently and I've used a couple of them here. That fabulous crescent moon is a Tim Holtz Bigz die (Sizzix) and comes with assorted sized stars as well. The feather was a freebie in a magazine and is from Hot Off The Press. The Star Circles are also Spellbinders. I did a bit of sponging on the moon and to create a night sky for my image. I then dotted it with Liquid Pearls. Add a few flowers and bling flourishes and I was done. Papers are The Sweetest Thing - Bluebell (My Mind's Eye).
